Red Diamond Clay is a distinctive member of the butter clay family, recognised for its naturally rich red hue and enhanced through roasting to elevate both crunch and flavour. Closely related to Butter Grey Roasted and other traditional butter clays, it offers a slightly more intensified roast — a deeper, more developed sensory profile with warmth, mineral richness and unmistakable earthy character. Formed as irregular shards, it allows for a tactile, hands-on experience.
