Montana Red is a natural American clay known for its chocolate-like crumble and deeply earthy flavour profile. Hand-foraged by Samantha Hokulani from the rich red soils of Montana, these irregular chunks, crumbs, and clusters deliver a satisfying sensory experience with notes of rain-soaked soil, muddy topsoil, mineral-rich earth, and subtle petrol undertones. The texture offers a smooth, clean finish that melts effortlessly after a gentle crunch, creating a distinctive natural earth character appreciated within geophagia and texture-focused communities.
Available in weights ranging from sample size up to 250g, Montana Red is offered in two unique varieties. The regular Montana Red is freshly dug, hand-foraged, chocolate-like, and slightly damp with a smooth melt. The Rainstorm Harvest edition was gathered during wet weather conditions and arrives noticeably wetter and clumpier, delivering an intensely muddy, rain-drenched earth experience. Traditionally associated with the mineral-rich red earth landscapes of Montana and the wider practice of natural clay appreciation.

Broken items are not eligible for refunds, as the flavour and enjoyment remain the same, even if the item arrives in pieces. Each parcel includes a wooden spoon to help you enjoy crumbs or powder just as easily.
