Postage & Packaging

At Earthy Crunch UK, we take great care to ensure your parcel reaches you safely, while staying true to our commitment to the planet.

Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail Tracked services exclusively. Postage costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your parcel. Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Please note:
We currently only deliver edible clay and crunchy goods within the UK. International shipping is not available for these items at this time.

Dispatch Days

Orders are processed and dispatched on the following days:

• Mondays

• Thursdays

• Saturdays

Orders placed the day before or on these dispatch days will be included in the next batch. Orders made in between will be held and shipped on the following scheduled day.

Holiday Breaks

If the shop is closed for any reason—such as holiday breaks—there will be an announcement on the website and social media pages. Orders placed during this time will be packed and sent out upon our return.

Earth-Conscious Packaging

We’re committed to being as plastic-free, recyclable, and reusable as possible. Your goodies will arrive in thoughtfully packed boxes that protect your order while respecting the planet.

We’ve made a conscious choice to avoid excess plastic—so while we do our absolute best to protect your items, the nature of our products means some breakage may occur. They're extremely fragile, and unfortunately, the planet wins over bubble wrap every time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Royal Mail’s handling. Please allow some flexibility, especially during peak periods or when unforeseen delays occur.

Earthy Crunch UK is not responsible for delays beyond our control once parcels are with the courier.

We’re proud to offer a range of Pica Pride merchandise and themed accessories through our Shop Pica Pride collection. This includes digital downloads, clothing, and stash box items fulfilled via dropshipping.

• Merch orders ship separately from our edible clay products.

• International shipping is available for all merchandise items.

Production & Delivery Times for Merch

All merch items are made to order. Please allow:

• Up to 3 working days for production before dispatch.

• Delivery estimates (after production):

  • UK: 3 – 5 working days

  • EU: 5 – 10 working days

  • International: 10 – 20 working days
