Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed outside business hours or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Hazardous Contamination: While our products are natural, they may contain small inclusions such as roots, stones, or crystals. If hazardous foreign objects (e.g., sharp metal, plastic) are found, please send a valid photo for refund or replacement. No refund will be processed without photographic evidence.

Natural Variation Disclaimer

As our products are sourced directly from nature, inconsistencies in shape, colour, texture, scent, or appearance are normal and not grounds for refund. Environmental factors such as temperature and humidity may alter product characteristics. Items may also absorb surrounding scents—airing in sunlight is recommended.
