This page covers every offer and discount currently running on earthycrunch.co.uk, plus the seasonal offers I've already got lined up. I've tried to keep it readable rather than legal-sounding, but it is the small print, so if something here and something on a banner or email ever disagree, this page is the one that counts.

Earthy Crunch UK is a one-person business I run alongside my full-time job, so if anything below doesn't make sense or a code isn't behaving at checkout, message me through the contact page and I'll sort it.

The basics, for every offer

Offers apply to orders placed on earthycrunch.co.uk only. They don't apply on Etsy or eBay, and they can't be added to an order after it's been placed, so please apply any code at checkout.

Unless an offer below says otherwise, only one discount can apply per order. If your basket qualifies for more than one, checkout will apply one of them, not both.

Discounts can't be used to buy gift cards, can't be swapped for cash or credit, and have no cash value. Codes I send to you personally (review, survey, loyalty and similar) are for you, so please don't share or resell them.

Where an offer has a minimum spend, that means the value of the products in your basket before delivery is added. Discounts are worked out on product prices only, never on delivery, unless the offer is specifically a delivery offer.

If you return or I refund part of a discounted order, the refund is based on what you actually paid for those items after the discount, not the full price.

I may change or end any offer at any time. If a discount was showing at checkout when you placed your order, I'll honour it. If I spot a code being used in a way it obviously wasn't meant for (bulk accounts, resold codes, that kind of thing), I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund it in full.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery charges and free UK delivery

UK delivery on website orders is priced by basket value:

The small-order fee is there because postage and packing cost me roughly the same whether you buy one sample or ten, and on very small orders I'd otherwise be paying to send them. Free delivery from £40 is automatic and doesn't need a code. It's a delivery rate rather than a discount, so it still applies alongside any discount code or spend-tier saving.

Buy more, get more (spend-tier discounts)

These come off automatically at checkout once your basket reaches each level. No code needed. The percentage comes off your whole basket, and you get the highest tier you qualify for, not all of them added together.

Spend-tier discounts can't be combined with a discount code. If you enter a code on an order that also qualifies for a tier, checkout applies one or the other.

Free sample with £15 spend

Spend £15 or more on products in the All Crunch range and you can have one sample of your choice free from the selected samples included in the offer. Add the sample you want to your basket, then apply the code you've been given at checkout and the sample drops to £0.

One free sample per order, and the code can be used once per customer. If the sample you want isn't included, checkout simply won't discount it. Samples are 10 to 20g and subject to stock.

Free UK delivery from £15

This code gives free UK delivery on website orders of £15 or more. It's UK addresses only and can be used once per customer. Orders of £40 and over already get free UK delivery automatically, so this one is really for baskets between £15 and £39.99.

£3 off when you spend £25

£3 off website orders of £25 or more, once per customer.

£5 off

£5 off products in the All Crunch range, applied once per order and usable once per customer. If your basket comes to less than £5, the discount is capped at the basket value and you won't get the difference back. Delivery is charged as normal.

10% off when you buy 10 or more

10% off products in the All Crunch range when you have 10 or more items in your basket. Once per customer.

Returning customer discount

10% off your order, for customers who have already ordered from me at least once. The code only works on an account or email address with a previous order, and it can be used once per customer.

Thank-you for reviewing

If you've left me a review, I'll send you a code for 10% off your next order. It's for returning customers only and can be used once. It can also be used alongside a free delivery offer.

Thank-you for doing my survey

If you've completed one of my customer surveys, I'll send you a code for 10% off your next order, usable once per customer.

Finish your order

If you started a checkout and didn't finish it, you may get a code for 5% off products in the All Crunch range. It's only valid for customers who left a checkout in the last 30 days, needs a basket of £10 or more, and can be used once.

15 orders in: £15 off

Once you've placed 15 orders with me, you'll be eligible for £15 off products in the All Crunch range when you spend £30 or more. It's applied once per order, can be used once, and can be used alongside a free delivery offer. Honestly, if you've got this far, thank you.

Loyalty rewards

Rewards from my loyalty programme (for example 10% off or £5 off) come as a unique code that's tied to you. Each one can be used once and can't be combined with any other discount, including the spend-tier discounts. How points are earned and redeemed is set out in the loyalty programme itself, and I may change those rules or the rewards available, but any reward code you've already been given will still work until its expiry.

Seasonal offers

These only work between the dates shown, UK time. A code entered a minute before it starts or a minute after it ends won't apply, and I can't add it to an order afterwards. Each one can be used on more than one order while it's running, but like the other codes it can't be combined with any other discount, including the spend-tier discounts, so checkout will apply one or the other.

For the Valentine's sample, add the sample you want to your basket first, then apply the code. It works on the selected 10 to 20g samples included in the offer, one free sample per order, subject to stock.

Christmas orders: the offer runs to Boxing Day, but please don't take that as a promise anything will arrive before the 25th. Royal Mail's last posting dates are what decide that, not me.
