A Note on Packaging & Delivery

We take great care in packaging your Crunch goods using eco-friendly materials that reflect our values — no plastic bubble wrap, foam peanuts, or wasteful filler.

Due to the delicate and crumbly nature of many of our items (especially clays and “cookies”), some may arrive slightly broken or fractured in transit. Please know:

We pack your orders with care and attention, but once a parcel leaves our hands, we can’t control how it’s handled by couriers. We’re always refining our packaging to strike the best balance between protection and sustainability — and we thank you for embracing the occasional, beautiful imperfection of nature.
