Uzbek Clay is a soft, lightweight clay from Uzbekistan with a fine salty dust over every piece. It comes in sealed 100g packets from one of the popular Uzbek brands, and I pick the brand at random, so the packet is a bit of a lucky dip. The crunch is gentle rather than loud, the flavour is creamy and salty with a mild warmth to it, and it dissolves completely into a smooth, silky finish.
