Dispatch update
A quick update for everyone waiting on an order.
Firstly, thank you all so much for your patience.
Unfortunately, the hot weather continued well into the weekend, which meant I wasn't able to make as much progress on the backlog as I'd hoped. Even during the weekend, the temperatures in the loft where I prepare and pack all Earthy Crunch UK orders remained far too high for me to work safely for extended periods.
The good news is that we're finally due a bit of cooler weather over the next few days, so I'm hoping to get back into a much more normal packing routine.
I'll be continuing to work through the backlog in the early mornings before I head to work, when the loft is at its coolest, and dispatching orders every day as I'm able. I'm working through everything in the order it was placed, so if you haven't yet received your dispatch email, please know your order hasn't been forgotten. I'm doing everything I can to get caught up as quickly as possible.
I'm genuinely so sorry that orders have taken longer than usual. Delaying dispatch is never something I like to do, but I also don't want to risk making myself unwell with heat exhaustion or compromise the quality of the orders I'm packing.
Thank you again for your patience, kindness and understanding. Your support, especially when things don't quite go to plan, genuinely means the world to a small business like mine.
Hopefully this is the last update I'll have to post about the weather for a very long time. Normal British summer service can now resume! ☀️
