- Etsy requirement: At least 95% of orders dispatched on time with tracking
Every order was prepared, packed, and shipped within the promised timeframe, with tracking added to ensure customers can follow their parcels.
🌟 Average review rating
- Current result: 5.0 average rating
- Etsy requirement: 4.8 or higher
Customer feedback plays a huge role here. A perfect 5.0 reflects consistent satisfaction with both product experience and service.
🧾 Case rate
- Current result: 0 cases out of 35 orders
- Etsy requirement: No more than 3 cases refunded by Etsy
This means no orders escalated into disputes requiring Etsy intervention during the review period.
What went into achieving Star Seller status
Behind the badges, there’s a very simple focus: consistency.
Over the last three months, I’ve been:

- Packing each order carefully and securely, especially given the delicate nature of natural clay pieces
- Ensuring dispatch times are met without compromise

- Maintaining close attention to quality control before anything leaves the studio
As a one-woman business, everything from messaging to shipping runs through one pair of hands, so systems and routine matter a lot.
