Red Clay Biscuits are rustic, cookie-like rounds made from natural Indian red clay powder and Crystal Nakumatt, with Full Roasted, Half Roasted and Red Nakumatt crumbs pressed through them for extra texture. The structure is closer to a dry shortbread than a dense baked clay: a medium crunch that gives way cleanly, then collapses into fine granules, with little Nakumatt pockets adding bursts of crunch along the way. Flavour-wise it opens on classic dry clay-cement notes and settles into rain-soaked soil and cool dusty basement, with a faint red Nakumatt tang at the end.
