Details
"A constantly shifting scoop — five roasted Nakumatt styles in one varied crumb mix."
Mixed Nakumatt Clay Crumbs and Powder is a varied blend of crushed Indian Nakumatt clays, combining Juhu, Red, Smoked, Half Roasted and Fully Roasted varieties into one mix. Rather than a single Nakumatt profile, this blend brings together different roast levels, colours, aromas and textures, so no two scoops are quite the same — ranging from fine powder and light, airy crumbs through to denser roasted fragments, with mild earthy notes, warm red-soil character, deeper roasted flavour and occasional smoky mineral tones depending on the portion.
The Crunch Profile
Texture: Fine powder, soft crumbs and small denser fragments with a varied, sandy-to-crisp breakdown
(Note: this is a natural earth product so consistency can vary amongst the raw clays and chalks so there may be some grit or sandy textures on occasion)
Flavour: Earthy and mineral-rich with red-soil warmth, roasted depth and occasional smoky notes
Crunch factor: 3 – Medium
Colour: Mixed beige, red, brown, grey and dark roasted tones
ASMR: Dusty crack
Aroma: Pending
Hydration: Pending
