“Red Nakumatt in smoky clays — a crisp snap that softens into a dry, earthy crumble.”
Smokey Pakora combines the richness of Red Nakumatt with deep smoky clays to create a full-bodied, earthy crunch. Inspired by the warm, roasted character often found in traditional Indian clays, this blend leans into darker flavour notes — think charcoal warmth, baked earth and faint mineral smoke. The texture is firm and satisfying, breaking with a crisp snap before softening into a dry, earthy crumble, with a grounding smokiness that lingers pleasantly after each bite.
